Brief description:
Apron: Cream leather apron with a border of light blue watered silk with a light blue plastic backing. On the front the apron has a triangular flap, also in cream leather, with a border of light blue watered silk. The flap has two tassels in light blue watered silk ended with a silver coloured metal bar with relief foliage motifs and silver coloured metal ball and chain tassel ends. There are three silver coloured metal levels, two sewn to the apron and one to the flap. The apron has a belt of woven light blue silk and a silver coloured metal buckle in the form of a two-headed snake. Collar: Light blue ribbed and watered silk collar with a line of silver French braid running down the centre and light blue ribbed and watered silk backing. A double line of silver Russia braid runs down the front of the collar which frames at the centre a roundel in lace with a chequerboard design. Collar jewel: Silver coloured metal Past Master's device being a set square with a border of acacia and the 47th proposition of Euclid suspended below. There is an inscription on the reverse.
