Brief description:
Oval shaped jewel in gold coloured metal with an oval of dark blue enamel mounted with a gold coloured metal level at the centre. Around the enamel the jewel is matt with text in polished relief reading 'WILTSHIRE' and a wreath of wheat and acacia. There is a hanging loop at the top.
