Top bar: Gold plated silver banner, on a background of foliage, and infilled with red enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in red. Ribbon device: Eastern crown on a triangle and on a sunburst, and within a circular band, all in gold plated silver. Hanging device: Gold plated silver rectangular panel painted in colour enamel with a biblical scene of Daniel in the Lions' Den. The panel is flanked by the Pillars of Jachin and Boaz, with a branch of hanging foliage (?acacia). Above and below the panel are two banners, both in gold plated silver and infilled with red enamel, and with text reading 'CHAPTER OF CONFIDENCE / No. 193'. A Triple Tau design is at the bottom of the device. Pin: Horizontal.
