Top bar: Gold plated silver bar with foliage above and below and a finial at each end. The centre of the bar is infilled with dark blue enamel and has text reading 'FOUNDER'. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Ribbon device: Gold plated silver bar with text infilled with dark blue enamel reading 'CONSECRATING OFFICER'. Hanging device: West Sussex civic coat of arms in gold plated silver and enamel being a shield divided horizontally, the top section yellow and the bottom section blue with six martlets (birds). Below is a banner infilled with red enamel with text reading 'SUSSEX MASTERS LODGE' and a white enamel oval with text '3672'. All this is on a frame of gold plated silver with a wreath below and surmounted by a set square. Pin: Vertical.
