Hanging device: Gold coloured metal shield with the coat of arms of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Middlesex in coloured enamels. This consists of a shield with the United Grand Lodge of England in the centre surrounded by a band around the edge infilled with red enamel and bearing three swords and crown in gold coloured metal. There is a border of dark blue enamel around the edges that is bearing the text 'GRAND CHARITY / MIDDLESEX 1998' Pin: Vertical.
