- Leaflet produced by the Free Churches of Chertsey as a tribute to a local preacher, Mr Richard Charles Crouch (1850-1928), including autobiographical notes. Chapels founded in Addlestone, the Primitive Methodist Chapel in Station Road, Chertsey, and elsewhere, and preaching on St Anne's Hill and in the old barn at Goosepool. Also a tribute by Oswald A. Ward, Minister. Undated. Testimonial to be presented to him on Wednesday, June 2nd. Probably 1909.
