Top bar: Gold plated silver bar infilled with dark blue enamel and with text reading 'FOUNDER'. Above the bar is decoration of curled foliage. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in cream. Hanging device: In gold plates silver, a shield infilled with white enamel, quartered by a diagonal cross in red enamel. In the top quarter is a triple-tau, in the bottom quarter is a tower with a lion on top. The shield is framed by a circular border at the top and sides, infilled with dark blue enamel with text 'ST. PATRICK R.A. CHAPTER 765 I.C.'. Around the base of the shield are seven shamrocks infilled with green enamel. Pin: Vertical.
