Top bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in vertical stripes of light blue, crimson and dark blue. Ribbon device: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Bottom bar: Gold coloured metal buckle bar. Hanging device: A gold plated silver triangle upon which is a quill and a scroll this in turn set on a circle of gold plated silver with raised polished borders and a textured background bearing text in relief 'SUFFOLK' at the base.
