- Top bar: Three branched foliage design, in gold plated silver, about which is entwined a banner, infilled with white and dark blue enamel with text reading 'FOUNDER / 1909'. Ribbon: Ribbed and watered silk in light blue. Hanging device: Gold plated silver shield split into vertical halves. The left half is the arms of the Earldom of Cheshire, being infilled with dark blue enamel with three gold wheatsheaves. The right half is the arms of the Egertons of Tatton being infilled with white enamel and bearing a painted red lion within three black markings. The shield is pinned to a frame in gold plated silver, consisting of a globe topped pillar to each side and a black and white chequered pavement beneath. The frame is completed with a foliage design, around which is entwined a banner, infilled with white enamel with pink shading and painted black text reading 'DORIC / LODGE / No. 3384'. A set square and compass design in gold plated silver surmounts the device. Pin: Vertical.
