- Collar in dark blue ribbed silk and lined in dark blue silk. Down the centre of the collar to the apex is a double line of gold Russian braid around a button of embroidery in a chequerboard design. Suspended from it is the jewel of a Past Senior Grand Warden in gold coloured metal, oval shaped with a central disc of dark blue enamel on which is a level. The border around the enamel is matt with a wreath of wheat and acacia in relief. There is a presentation inscription on the reverse.

- White leather apron with a light blue watered silk border and a light blue silk backing. On the front the apron has a triangular flap, also in while leather with a light blue watered silk border. The flap has two tassels in light blue watered silk ended in an embroidered bar of silver purl and silver bullion tassel ends. There are three rosettes in light blue silk, two sewn to the apron and one to the flap. The apron has a cloth belt and a metal belt buckle in the shape of two snakes. Black leather pouch with green leather sides and base. The front and back are decorated with embossed parallel lines near the margins of the pouch. On the flap is a gold embossed set square and compass on the left hand side and a gold embossed level and plumb rule on the right hand side. On the front of the pouch is a dark green rectangular leather patch bearing embossed gold text reading 'BRO. T. W. WAKE / SOUTHERN STAR LODGE / No. 1158.'

- Pierced and engraved silver coloured metal plate jewel in the form of a shield. Obverse, central to the design is a circle with an axe at the top and two below to the left and right there are three stars inbetween each axe. There is a border around the circle engraved with the letters 'H', 'J', 'W', 'P', 'S', 'T', 'K' and 'S' which are spaced out and with stars inbetween each one. Around the border are arrow heads. There is an engraved rayed design around the edge of the shield. Reverse, central to the design is a lozenge shaped banner bearing an inscription with a rayed design around its edge. Across the top of the lozenge in a horizontal line are three flowers spaced apart. There are three flowers below the lozenge also spaced apart. There is a rayed design around the edge of the shield. At the top is a hanging loop in the form of a ribbon.

- Rectangular apron with triangular flap, in white leather with a border of ribbed silk, in dark blue. Suspended from the flap are two ribbons in the same silk, each ended with a bar of gold purl and pearl purl and finished with gold bullion tassels. There are three levels in applied dark blue satin, one on the flap and two on the apron. At the centre of the apron is a device of a Grand Inner Guard embroidered in the blue silks, being crossed swords within a wreath of wheat and acacia. The apron is lined in blue silk and has a similar belt with gilt metal buckle.

The apron is decorated with masonic emblems in embroidery and silver purl, passing and spangle, with plate and bead detail. The flap is decorated with an All-seeing eye in silver spangle, purl and passing, with a bead at the centre. The apron has a red cotton tape belt.

- Top bar: Three branched foliage design, in gold plated silver, about which is entwined a banner, infilled with white and dark blue enamel with text in painted dark blue enamel reading 'INSTALLING OFFICER'. Ribbon: Ribbed silk in dark blue. Hanging device: Gold plated silver shield split into vertical halves. The left half is the arms of the Earldom of Cheshire, being infilled with dark blue enamel with three gold wheatsheaves. The right half is the arms of the Egertons of Tatton being infilled with white enamel and bearing a painted red lion within three black markings. The shield is pinned to a frame in gold plated silver, consisting of a globe topped pillar to each side and a black and white chequered pavement beneath. The frame is completed with a foliage design, around which is entwined a banner, infilled with white enamel with pink shading and painted black text reading 'DORIC / LODGE / No. 3384'. A set square and compass design in gold plated silver surmounts the device. There is a presentation inscription on reverse. Pin: Vertical.
