It is within a gold plated silver metal border of foliage, which has a gold plated silver metal set square and compass at the top and a gold plated silver metal banner at the bottom infilled with white enamel and bearing the text 'APRIL 24. 1922'. This is all mounted onto a gold plated silver metal oval border infilled with dark blue enamel and bearing the text 'CRAVEN / PARK / LODGE No. 4400'. - Pierced and engraved silver coloured metal plate jewel with masonic symbolism. Obverse, central to the design is a sun with a copper coloured metal centre in relief surrounded by a compass on a sector and other masonic symbolism. At the top of the compasses is an engraved number being '500'. There is a bow at the top of the compass forming a hanging loop. The design is mirrored on the reverse with some differences. There is an engraved latin motto at the bottom of the section of circle being 'SIT LUX ET LUX FUIT'. At the top of the compasses are the engraved letters 'JP'. To the left of the compass half way down is an engraved oval plaque bearing the text 'LODGE'. On the opposite side is another oval bearing the text 'No. 79'.
